Problem with Video Card....I think....
A friend of mine is having problems with, what she believes is, her video card.
Here are the specks for her system: Dell Inspirion 1501 AMD 3500+ Mobile Sempron Windows XP SP2 1Gig Ram 60Gig HD ATI IGP Xpress 1150 The notebook originally came with Vista, but she has reformatted and installed XP SP2 on it, and just installed the most current driver from the Dell website. When I asked her what the computer was doing....this is what she said.... "It will make the screen go black or it will have lines and I cant see anything so I have to turn the computer off and then turn it back on" Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks |
