Few comp questions

1- When i tried to enter a server while playing CS source, it closed down on me, and it said "Internal Driver error in Idirect3DDevice 9:; present. When i just tried it a few minutes ago it just exited and restarted my computer. the same thing happens to me when i try to play half Life 2 Deathmatch. Is this a graphics Card Problem? Should i get a new card? should i reinstall steam? or do i need updated drivers. (i dont know a place where i can get them)

2- I plan to get the Orange box sometime in the near future, but my comp can barely handle Half Life 2 Deathmatch, and Half Life 2 Lost Coast. What kind of Graphics card would i need to be able to play Team Fortress 2 or Half Life 2:Episode 2 Smoothly

I can possibly post a complete summery given by this one program known as Everest. I have to go to a thanks given party soon that will last about 4-6 hours, so i may not post in awhile. A few known things about my computer...

Operating System: Microsoft Windows XP Media Center Edition
CPU Type Intel Pentium 4, 3066 MHz (23 x 133)
Video Adapter ATI RADEON XPRESS 200 Series (256 MB)
Video Adapter ATI RADEON XPRESS 200 Series (256 MB)

I dont know the name of my PSU thingy though.
Sorry i fail hard at computers, but i just got into them, and I'd like to enjoy these games. I appreciate any help given.
