card query

i want to know that how is the nvidia fx5600 XT 256MB graphics card and how's it's performance? will it play most of the games available in the market like Need for speed carbon, Desperados cooper's revenge, etc?

and wanna know the same information about nvidia fx5200 256MB. and which one is better?

is it worth buying one of these cards?
My system is Intel D865PERL with 2.0 GHZ processor plus 512 MB DDR.
currently i'm using nvidia geforce MX 4000 128MB PCI card.

Re: card query

Its not exactly the best card not that new either, and won't play any of the real new games, things like Need for speed should work and Counter Strike Source will. I would recommend upgrading your Ram too 1GB. With the extra Ram and the graphics card you will notice some improvements. Don't go buying the best AGP card on the market because the rest of your system won't do it justice. I would go for the FX 5600 card over the other one as it has better core and clock speeds.

Re: card query

http://www.evga.com/articles/public.asp?AID=160 There you go, both cards are closely matched neither will out perform the other by much. A while ago i built a desktop machine with a FX5600 XT ran fine, and could handle CSS and the sims 2 no problem.
