PCI 2.O video card problems!
ok so i put this other video card in my comp, changed from a agp to a pci video card and changed that option in my bios from agp to pci and the newer one works fine until it gets past the windows loading screen then the card stops functioning, could i have a bad video card?

Boot in safe mode.
Also, why'd you go from AGP to PCI? PCI cards generally operate more slowly and have far less bandwidth available to them.
