Need to replace fauly video card for low price

Hi i have a geforce 6600 video card, i want to replace it because im having problems with connecting my pc to my tv, and after going through so much in asking questions and trying 241878 different things to solve the problem it still persists, and i just want to replace the video card at this point, but in the cheapest way possible,

Im looking in the price range of $30-$60,

If you shop carefully at newegg you can find a 7600 or 8500 vidcard in the upper limit of your price range, $74 will get you a 7600gt

how good is a 7600 gt?

better then a 6600 it should run mid level games well
