Gainward Gforce 7900gs AGP

Hi, My old gainward geforce 7800gs broke, so I got a new on the warranty; Gainward geforce 7900gs.
When I play wow I get this flickers in the screen, flashing.. The same problem with 7800gs.
I tried to switch screen, tested different drivers and even picked the computer down to just one memory, 2 IDE, motherboard and graphic-card but the same problem still remains..

The same flickers appears also in quake3, warcraft3..

Do someone have the solution to this problem?

What type of PSU do you have?

Hiper, Type-R series 580W..
