motherboard or video card

I recently overclocked my 8800 ultra on my 680i sli motherboard and the second i went to run a benchmark my computer shut down.....and now the monitor just shows a black screen when i turn it on...I'm guessing that i clocked it way to high...now i'm wondering if i need to get a new motherboard or a new video card....when i turn on the computer all the fans and lights turn on but my monitor shows nothing...

In either case, the warranty will not be honored.

i can't even get into safe mode.....i turn on the computer and i get a black screen...and i know my warrenty won't be honored.
