Re: Looking for A good Video card

1. ATI and nVidia for home computers.
2. You can use either ATI or nVidia graphics cards, regardless of the mobo chipset.
3. What's your price range? AGP or PCIe? Is it for gaming or general computer use? What resolution do you play games at?

Re: Looking for A good Video card

I have that card.

Just one question, how much RAM and what is your CPU?

We need to make sure the 8800 GTX isn't bottlenecked too much.

Do you have any temps/volts problems running that on just a 650W PSU?

Re: Looking for A good Video card

No... runs fine... look at the rest of my system it sucks... my system only uses about 600W.

The reason I bought it is because I am planning on a new build soon and bought it early... but I couldn't have it sat there on my shelf so I installed it. :)

Mikey.
