[SOLVED] will gddr2 memory work with gddr3 video card

I have an asus en8400gs video card gddr2 and am thinking about upgrading to an asus en8600gt gddr3. Will the gddr 2 memory work with the en8600gt?

What do you mean?

If you want to run both cards at the same time it won't work, but if you take the old card out and only use the 8600GT then of course it will work, as long as your PSU is up to it.
