TV Tuner + Nvidia 7900GS + Asus 22HDTV LCD

im running SLI Nvidia 7900GS x2 + a Videomate tv tuner box.

The 7900 has 2 DVI slots, 1 connected to the LCD.
1 is VGA sub-d (connected using a dvi - sub-d adapter) goes to the TV box as said.
The other VGA slot on the TV box goes to the LCD as stated in manual.

But i cant get Picture-in-Picture to work.. The TV works, the PC works but not together it says cannot connect to PC when pressing PIP through the TV tuner box.

it says troubleshooting: make sure the output on the PC to the TV tuner is set to VGA, using the adapter it is.

Is there anything else i need to do???

Also i try running the 2 Audio L / R from the LCD to the surround sound box i have, no sound still plays through the TV, but turning off the LCD screem boom oon comes the Surround sound for the TV tuner.

really strange.
