hey guys,,,
will 'Geforce 7900 GTX' work in my 'Asus P5L-MX' MOBO??

Hi, welcome to TSF.

The card is, most likely, PCI-E so the answer is yes.
An AGP card won't work.

so it'll work even if the card has sumthing like um, 726(?) mb 'GDDR3'?
my P5L-MX has sumthin about 'ddr2'

The RAM on the card is only used internally, so the motherboard will have no problems with that.

Make sure your power supply is strong enough. You'll need (at least) something like this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817371002

I think i only have 400w Power Supply...

You can use the PSU calculator (link in my signature). Add 30% to the result.
And, please, get a quality PSU - click the PSU info link for an excellent guide.
