Help me please!

I recently instaled a radeon x700 agp graphics card and i downloaded the drivers instaled them and it wont let me start catalyst control ceter and it comes up with this error when i start up my pc : "MOM.Implementation, Version=2.0.2789.37294, Culture=neutral PublicKeyToken=90ba9c70f846762e or one of its dependencies. the system cannot find the file specified"
pleasecant some one tell me how to fix this problem

did you download the complete package software and drivers or just the drivers

the complete pakage with catalyst control center the only thing is that i cant use it lol

You need the Microsoft .NET Framework installed before installing the ATI Catalyst Control Center.

Uninstall the graphics driver, install .NET, reboot into VGA mode, disable antivirus and reinstall the driver and control center. Or you could just download the driver by itself which doesn't need .NET

iv'e tried that i downloaded .net v2.0 but its still not working im just stuck lol
