Problems w/ Monitor and 6200 A-LE (Urgent, Urgent, Urgent)

Ok after trying to overclock my crappy gpu i turned on my pc. After using the pc for like 30 min my monitor started fazing in and out. Once it fazed out for so long that the monitor a BenQ 24" hdmi monitor said that there was no signal. When the screen reappeared a blue screen appeared talking about a hardware failure. I'm not sure what is wrong. Can anyone please help me?

Have you tryed rebooting? See if you can get into safe-mode and turn the Clock speeds back down.
