I would look at this card from ATI pretty good price and runs games nicely. 80$ http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814133006 this is a very good nvidia card for agp for 130$ wich is still allright for such a big upgrade. performance wise it will run away from the ati card http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814102043 this is a lower budget ATI card for 50$ will still play all the games but not all on med to high settings.

Re: gonna buy a new graphic card but... [Moved from Gaming]
the x1650 will be a step up from the 9600 but the 7800 gs will be even better. IMO go with the 7800 GS
this is the best from nvidia for the agp slot right now but it doesnt support direct x 10 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814150223 this is one of the top ati cards for agp http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814241041 it all depends on the budget. if you dont want to spend alot and get good performance the 7800gs will be your choice or the ati equivalent http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814102093 also remember with a more powerfull video card you should upgrade your PSU to atleast 500 watts (a quality psu for around 80$)
