Display alignment fault Dell 8100
Hi
I've just replaced my laptop screen as the old one packed up and ever since then the screen alignment appears to be more towards the right. Also when the desktop loads up the start menu task bar option isn't visible as the display settings also seem to change/ appear wider. It works fine 50% of the time starting up with the correct display and settings but for some reason when the computer is switched off and back on, the display settings change, evan the Dell logo at the beguining comes out of alignment and bigger  . Is there any way of fixing this? changing display settings doesn't work as it seems to change these settings automatically. Any ideas on what to do?Thanks |
