Video Card Causing Graphics Problem?

Hey folks, riddle me this:

For all the photographs and videos I view or play on my computer, the color schemes have become very distorted. It doesn't look like any photoshop effects you can add to things; it is just messy and the lighting is all messed up. This fun stuff began a couple months ago.

Anyone heard of this? Thanks for your time.

could you take a picture of this? it might be the RAM on the card
