Re: Can changing th refresh rate screw up my computer?

lcd's usually run on 60hz
if you cahnged from a crt you change the rate before swapping the monitor as they are usally running at a higher setting
boot into safe mode and check

Re: Can changing th refresh rate screw up my computer?

it's what the monitor supports that is important,if you set it at something it does not support you could be looking for a new monitor
