Graphics muck up with the wrong textures

Ok I recently installed a Palit 7900GS card into my computer. Everything was running fine until a couple of weeks ago. I have tried reinstalling the drivers and directx. Reinstalling the card, which worked for a bit then it went bad again.

It used to be fine with the right textures but now it is doing it wrong:

Hello and welcome to TSF!

Does it do it on all games or just Warock? It may depend on how your card is rendering the textures or the type of engine the game uses.

It has only be doing it on War Rock but I only have two games installed at the moment so.. How do I find my power supply out without opening it?

Re: Graphics muck up with the wrong textures

I've tried reinstalling and it doesn't work. Tommorrow I'll open the case up. COuld it be the card isn't in correctly. How do you secure it in properly because I only slotted it in adn nothing else.

Re: Graphics muck up with the wrong textures

It looks like theres a problem rendering the game, it may be the drivers or what the game actually uses whether its direct3d or opengl. Is it possible to force a draw mode in the game between the two. If you've installed the latest drivers it maybe worthwhile installing an older driver for the card see if that works.

In the graphics settings is there an option to choose between opengl or direct3d?

Re: Graphics muck up with the wrong textures

I've installed a previous or a new not sure driver, and it seems to be working.
