If I take out my videocard, will there still be display?

As my name states, I am a newbie. haha

My videocard is dying (causes restarts occassionally).
If I unplug my videocard, can I still get a display and still use my computer?

My motherboard is: MSI 865PE NEO2

Hi,
Your motherboard doesn't have onboard graphics - so the answer is no.

The review that I just read says it does have onboard graphics.
