No Monitor Signal
I recently put together a computer and have a problem getting a signal to the monitor.
When started installing the OS everything was working fine to about the step after the product key was entered. Then the computer locked up. After restarting the monitor signal was not working correctly... the white text was now yellow, and the colors were all messed up. Soon the signal was lost again. After restarting again, the monitor would receive no signal at all. I opened up the case and found out that an arm on the case popped out the video card from its slot. I removed the card, and replaced it back in the pciE slot and still recieve NO signal. Figuring the video card was messed up, I tried another but there is still no video signal. Any ideas what the problem might be? |
