I believe Dell 2000 is a monitor. Is the computer a desktop? Dimension/Inspiron/OptiPlex...?
Do the colours look strange all the time?

Start Windows in safe mode (tap F8 while the computer starts and choose safe mode in the menu).
Do the colours look strange in safe mode too?
