geforce en7300gs 256mb

i just bought asus pci express video card geforce nvidia en7300gs. when i try to install it say " nvidia setup could not locate any drivers that are compatible with your current hardware, setup will now exit". i wonder why because i setup from cd that provided by asus manufacturer. it is means that my video card faulty?
any suggestion and help appreciated. oh ya... i already download afew forceware from asus homepage and nvidia but this problem not solved. thanks

Download the forceware drivers of www.nvidia.com and install them in safe mode.

If you had onboard video you might not have turned it off and turned on your pci-e in bios.
