omega driver messed up my games

i just dloaded the latest omega driver v3.8.360 for my mobility x1400 and now when i play games with my 15.4" widescreen display, they always get stuck with the 4:3 aspect ratio. it doesnt automatically stretch itself to widescreen display anymore. how do i fix this??

if im not mistaken i just enabled "preserve wide aspect ratio on attached displays" under the display tab in the driver's properties. hope this helps you. :)
