I HAVE SEEN 2 Geforce XFX Graphic card MODELS IN THE MARKET
ONE MODEL XFX 5200 DDR 1 IS standard PROFILE while the other one XFX 6200 DDR 2 IS Mentioned LOW PROFILE What the differnece between low and standard profile. Which is better & what do both terms mean. I dont know Please reply Which one is better to buy & both are mentioned Vista Certified so no problem . BUT WHY THE NEW MODEL IS LOW PROFILE and the older one is standard profile. I checked the XFX website there most graphic cards are Standard profile. SO SHOULD I GO AHEAD AND PURCHASE 6200 LOW PROFILE GRAPHIC CARD OR NOT. HELP ON THIS MATTER |

Re: Need information on XFX Model
Hi,
AFAIK, low profile means the card is smaller - i.e. the height is reduced to fit almost all cases/motherboards and has nothing to do with the cards performance. So - go for the 6200. |
