Need Help with Glitchy Video

First off this is what I have. My video card is a VisionTek Radeon ATI X1300. My monitor is a flat, widescreen LCD Sceptre x20 Naga III. If you need any other info about my system I will provide it.

Here is what my problem is whenever I watch a "Flash" based movie while in its basic small screen mode it is ok. But when ever I open it up into "Full Screen" the video act like it is in slo-motion. Can someone here help me out with this problem. Thanks.

Re: Need Help with Glitchy Video

This tends to happen when you launch a Flash in a vision ratio it was not created in. Try lowering the quality, as this usually works

Right click the flash screen,
Quality,
Low, or medium, whichever suits you

Also, Flash tends to take up a plethora of RAM. Check your processes to make sure you aren't using too much.
