New Catalyst Drivers with TV-Out -> Back to B&W Blues

I have another Black-n-White TV Output on my Radeon x1900 XT.

After a lot of trouble previously, I managed to get colour working on this new vid card on my tv-out with my old TV that has only a scart connection (using a S-Video to Scart converter), and TV-Output has been fine and colourful for the last five months.

However, yesterday, a couple of days after I installed the latest Catalyst drivers, the colours were gone when I woke up. They´d worked fine the night before.

Admittedly the TV acted a bit strange when turning it on for the day, but still showed full colours when I plugged my PS2 in.

So, any ideas on what could have gone wrong? Is it just the TV that´s seen the end of its days? I want to be sure before I have to start investing in another.

Edit: Oh yes, before you ask, yes, I´ve tried to check the wiring about 2-3 times...
