Video Card not working
I have a Radeon something video card but when I replaced it with any Nvidia card it installs it but the screen goes all pixelly. Like the screen at the end of BBC 2 many years ago! Any help!

Re: Video Card not working
Hi and welcome to TSF,
Did you uninstall the ATI drivers before you installed the nVidia card? You have to uninstall ALL ATI software in Control panel > Add/remove programs. Reboot - then use Ccleaner to remove any ATI files left. Install the nVidia drivers in VGA mode (tap F8 when the computer is booting) with antivirus turned off. Nicholas |
