starts but no picture

hello im new to this forum as of about 20 min ago

heres my problem i recently hooked up my tower havent hooked it up in about 4 months and when i took it down it was running fine
now when i start it up i get no picture i tried reseating the card swaping out the vid card with 2 others tried them on another system and all 3 were fine, tried the cable and moniter on another system and they were fine. re seated the ram and switched slots on that, tried the ram on another system and fine as well its all getting power the fans on the cards and the hd and chip fan are running

im stumped

any thoughts? thanks for any help in advance

MB asus p4p800 e dlux
vid card asus 256
chip athlon 3.5 gig
ram 2 1gig kingston
hd westren dig 20 gig and westren dig 100 gig
win xp pro

vid card asus 256 ? which one
psu details from the label on the side of the supply
have you another or can you borrow a psu to try in it

my mistake the card is a 128mb v957ole/td/n/128m/a

my 256 is in other puter sorry

psu
voltage current freq
115v- 10a 50-60hz
230- 5a

+3.3v&5v=260w max:-5v&-12v=9.6w max
all out put is extened to 500w max

that exactly from the side of the psu

and i tried the card in another system and it worked fine. with 2 other cards that did not work in the system im trying to get up and running

what we need is
12v+=amps ?
on the 3 and 5v+ lines

+3.3v=30a
+5v=40a
+12v=18a
+5vsb=2a
-5v=0.5a
-12v=0.8a

try a cmos reset
check there are no bent pins on the monitor connection plug

no bent pins..

how do i do a cmos reset.. ( never had to do one before) if its going in to the setting on the motherboard. thats not posable i get no picture not even a start up screen .. now if its moving some jumpers around then i can do it.

its like the system doed not even see the card so the moneter does not even kick over to start up
