Where do I buy?

I figured out what card I'm going to get but where is the best place to buy it?
ATI Radeon® X1650 Pro 512MB PCI Express
Both Stores and online?

Also how do I know if my computer is PCI-Expess x16 slot or not

Hi,

What motherboard do you have? The easiest thing to do is look at the slots. This is an awesome image for determining what slot you have:

Good stores in the US are Newegg, Tigerdirect, and Zipzoomfly. I would order online because you will get a better selection. BTW, I would look at the X1650XT instead, as it is significantly higher performing than the X1650 Pro.

BTW, you will likely need a new PSU for this card. I would look at these PSUs.
