Please suggest a card

Oh knowledgeable ones: have a look at "My System" and suggest a new vid card. I'll be purchasing a new LCD monitor (19" wide screen probably) in the near future and would like a better to feed it. But for now it needs both VGA and DVI outputs. Notice I am running Ubuntu Linux so it needs to work in that OS.

Use: photo editing using GIMP is probably the only demanding ap I use. Maybe some minor video editing in the future. I do not play games. Repeat, I do not play games on this machine.

Cost is not a primary consideration but I don't want to pay for more than I need either.
