Is it a K8N NEO2 PLATINUM? I own one of those myself. I'm not too sure i fully understand what you are asking, what do you want to enable? I've never really used an ATI before :x

Re: Ati speed set to off??

When the speed options are greyed out in SmartGart it means the motherboard drivers are not installed. As your speed is showing 'off' and not greyed out, check in BIOS to see what your AGP options are set to.

Re: Ati speed set to off??

Yes I know what the settings are in the bios... They are set to AGP speed of x4/x8... There is no set to x8 just x4/x8... I all so have the fast write set to off trouble shooting..I have the drivers installed... And I can choose a higher setting then off... But when I do so on any speed... It tells me it wishes to restart to test the new settings so I do so... then when I look at smartgart again... Nothing has changed at all... The AGP speed is still set to x0 or off... so wont can it be that is doing this... I have reinstalled the os again. And the drivers and still no work
