Problem with boot of computer

When i boot up my computer and it loads and all that sheat.. this shows up on my screen:
Invaild Mode
FH: 31.1 KHz FV: 50.0 Hz

I tryed changing my frequence but i cant get it lower than 60 or above 75...
IT'S ONLY MY COMPUTER MONITOR SAYING THIS!!
if i plug my comp to the TV it's a normal bootup.
It disappears (the invaild thingy) when i come to welcome screen and dont come up more (only if i play game that goes that frequence, it comes again)

PS: i use a LiteON monitor with Radeon graphic card

Hey,

Your frequency is set out of range from what's specified for your monitor. You'll need to change it otherwise your monitor could suffer damage. See if you can reset your monitor back to default settings through your monitor. If you can't, boot into safe mode on your computer and change your display settings back to default.

Regards,

Brandon

Hey,

I really can't give you a walk through on your monitor. I don't have the same monitor as you and I don't know how to navigate through it's interface. You're kind of on your own. You could call the manufacturer and see what they say.

Regards,

Brandon

Already tested that

And i cant change it cus there is no options to choose

[EDIT]
I found a way to change my frequence to 50...
but then my screen says same invaild sheat...
So i think it's my comps bootup frequenct that should get higher or my monitor lower

is your monitor a lcd or crt
if it is lcd set the refresh rate to 60
if it is a crt set it to the highest recommended
right click on the desktop and choose properties/advanced/monitor
tick the box to only show supported refresh rates and then set it to the highest supported

from the welcome screen on does it work normally
check in nview that your tv is not set to be the primary display
tap f8 when booting and see the option menu shows on screen

to see if that is the cause,i had a crt monitor that was low to come up,but you would not expect it on a lcd
try turning on the lcd for a minute manualy before booting the computer and see if it brings up the post screens then
