Video problems

I am not sure if this is the right place to start, but I am sure that I will find out. Thanks in advance.

I have a DFI mobo AM75-TC with onboard graphics.
Windows 98se
256? ram

Problem is that the screen goes dark after a half hour or so of use. Still is getting a signal as the monitor has a green light. I will reboot with the on/off switch and get video for 15 - 20 mins and same thing. After it sits for an hour or so, I can get another 30 mins of use and it starts over.

I tried a seperate card and same thing. Reformatted hard drive and same thing. Replaced battery and same thing.

Any suggestions?
