Exclamation Need help please.

I dont know if thsi is a video card problem but ive had this problem for almost 1/2 a year.. I really hate it tryed everything taht i can think of. What happends is whenever im playing a game or watching a video on my computer. Its fine for 2min or so then my comp. like frezzes up for 30sec or so. Sortof like a lag spike but its not my connection is great. Please please help.

surely with those specs it could play a video.do you do regular maintenance.disk cleanup,defragments,spyware,and virus scans.malware,or your hard drive needing defraged can cause lag for sure.

Ive tryed all those except for malware... have no clue what that is.
And thats what i thought i got the specs all reaqurid to play a game and it lags up like that... It makes me so mad.. thanks for the help
