For a higher budget:

You could afford a better GPU like the X1650Pro, but anything higher than a 7600GS would be bottlenecking the processor. The fastest AMD Athlon XP chip that used the 266 MHz FSB was the 2400+, and that would probably even be a little slow for a 7600GS.

I think the motherboard, suppots only Interface Type AGP 4x so the AGP x8 won't work with mine. So its just this one that will work,,,,, i think i am right???

Pretty much the same thing. ATI manufacturers the chipset for both, but Sapphire and Connect3D put the chipset on the card simply put. Sapphire has always been my number one choice for ATI, but Connect3D is also good.
