Blue Screens when I install graphics drivers

Hey everyone, I really need help!
Ive bought a new comp, Athlon X2 4200+, 2GB ram 800mhz, WD sata and motherboard asus M2NPV-MX with integrated GeForce 6150!
I installed all the drivers and it worked for like 20min-2hrs, then out of nowhere I got Blue Screen Error kernel_stack_inpage_error, I reset and after 30mins it happend again. I changed rams, hard drives and PSU and nothing helped, so then I uninstalled graphics drivers and ran on poor graphics, BUT IT WORKED FINE...3 days it worked great except for very poor graphics (logically due to no drivers installed).
Then I installed newest drivers from nvidia site, but the blue screen error happend again! What should I do, I dont want to run on low graphics all the time!
I'm using torrent program Azureus and DC++ if that may have an influence on something.. PLEASE HELP!

First, don't use torrent or P2P software. Second, what drivers are you installing? Third, what motherboard drivers are you using?

Okay, I will run the computer without torrent/p2p software for a day and see if that helps. Btw, how can this software affect the graphics drivers?
I installed the NVidia drivers that were on the CD that came with the Motherboard (never changed later), later I only installed newest graphics drivers from nvidia website (didn't make a difference).

BTW, I just installed Ati RADEON x300SE PCIe graphics card this afternoon to see if it helps. Strangely, device manager now does not find the integrated GeForce 6150, but 2 other VGA Cards: RADEON x300 and RADEON x300 Secondary!!?? What's that secondary, I only put in 1 card!
And after all, the Blue Screen problem is still here, after 15min-2hr it crashes, now reporting Unknown Hard Error (c000021a)!
As I said, now I'm running computer without torrent/p2p software on, so let's see if that helps.

Does you BIOS have an option to disable the 6150 chip? That may be causing problems with the X1300 card you added. The Primary and Secondary refer to the outputs of the card, it's competely normal to see that with ATi products.

This is a problem with kernal data being read from the page file. You can enable to viewing of hidden files/folders and delete you current page file. Creating a new one may fix this.

OK, I was surfing the internet last night and came across several forum threads about nvidia network drivers causing BSOD when running p2p/torent software. So I uninnstalled the nvidia network drivers and put in 3com network card and without any p2p/taorrent software it's been running smothly for 12 hours.
Now I will turn on p2p to see if it works. If it doesn't I will try disabling the 6150 in bios and/or creating new page file. Where is it located?
