Unfortunately, neither of those cards is going to work in your system. They are both PCI-Express, and your motherboard will only support AGP cards. If you want to use a PCI-Express card, you'll need to upgrade the motherboard, CPU, power supply, and possibly RAM.
However, you could just get an AGP card - in which case you'd only need to upgrade the power supply. (The specs of your current power supply can be found on the side of the power supply itself - open the case, and look at the side of the box which the power cord plugs into.) I had a look on the site you linked to, and I would recommend getting this card: Leadtek 7600GS. However, you would need to upgrade your power supply - absolute minimum of 450W - 500W, from a quality brand such as Enermax, Seasonic, Antec, FSP, Silverstone, or OCZ. Read "Important Power Supply Information" in my signature - it explains why you need a bigger power supply, and gives very good recommendations.

seems a bit pricey but i guess thats ok. Upgrading the power supply seems a bit wierd as u need to reconnect all of the power sockets but it sounds easy. Do i need to get the pacific measurements of my power supply?

it really depends on your budget. your computer will be vista capable with just the video card but in the future to play better games id suggest getting a newer system
the power supply SHOULD fit, i cant get any pictures of the internals of the case but maybe you could supply us with some quick snapshots of the inside of the computer so i can tell you that the psu will fit. if your also interested look at the 6600GT video card its around 100$ and will do what ever you want to play just fine.

That is a capable card. It's roughly on par with a 6600 nVidia chip and supports DirectX 9.0c as well.
I'd just look for one with less VRAM as 512MB is really overkill on that card.

The wattage on your PSU is BARELY enough to run that PC. A good 400 or 500w is what you need in there.
More RAM on the card can be beneficial for applications that uses many detailed textures, highly complex CAD models, and allows for games to have more distance drawn. Unless you do things like that regularly it's a waste.

tbh i wanted a new graphics card so i can view windows aero, play the latest pc games for once and see if it makes any changes to stuff like dreamweaver since i like to edit my site.... when i can. Also i was thinkin, should i jus wait until nxt year and buy a very basic computer with i dunno 80gb a good graphics card and vista and then put in my hard drive and upgrade the RAM? Beacause this computer is about 3-4 years old now so i guess its time for a new one.

A 6600 can run Aero, but not all of the latest games. It simply lacks the "umph" necessary.
Dreamweaver is purely 2D so it won't run any smoother or more quickly than it would with a cheap-o PCI video card. Vista will require a decent amount of processing power. Some older machines can pull it off bit not at the highest settings. I've run Vista with all the tricks on the rig listed in my signature and it ran pretty nicely. The hardware is about 2-3 years old in that guy.
