The only third-party drivers I know of are the OmegaDrivers, and those are really just modified ATi reference drivers. 3rd-party drivers are really just the originals with a tiny bit of canging such as adding a logo and such.

the omega drivers include over clock tools but why not just go with ATITool to overclock ?

You can download the Omega Drivers here. Just make sure to uninstall your old drivers and install the new ones in Safe Mode (press F8 during boot to access the selection screen). The Omega Drivers come with ATI Tray Tools - to access the overclocking settings, just right-click the system tray/notification area icon for the ATI Tray Tools and go under Hardware.
