Video Card Problem

Hello everyone, I need some help. I went on vacation a month ago and when I came back, I found out my video card isn't working any more. It's a cheap video card (Norwood Micro Radeon 9250 Video Card, PCI, 256MB) but it's all I had. Now when the video card is in my Dimension 2400, the comp won't even go into post. I know that the problem isn't my PCI card because i tested another item on it and it worked fine. One time i was able to get windows to start up with my video card in it, but it didn't detect it at all. I've tried disabling my current video card and everything but it didn't help. Any suggestions?

I know that the problem isn't my PCI card because i tested another item on it and it worked fine.
try and be a bit more precise when you post,
do you mean you tested your card on another pc
is the card an original with the pc or an upgrade
reset the cmos and see if it posts
have a look at what the fans do when you press the on button
check if the small m/b light is glowing
