Download and run Belarc advisor from this site http://www.belarc.com/free_download.html
It will tell you what sound card you have, post back and we can help find drivers for you

For onboard video you just need to run CPU-Z to find your motherboard chipset. This page explains how to use CPU-Z to find your chipset and then download and install your video driver.

That motherboard uses the NVIDIA 220D chipset which has integrated Geforce 2 MX graphics. The 61.77 driver definitely supports your chipset. I think this 71.89 driver also supports your chipset and is a bit newer. NVIDIA's supported hardware list is a little ambiguous so I'm not 100% sure about the 71.89s. Drivers newer than that don't support integrated Geforce 2 MXs at all.
