screen to big for tv

5900xt vivo as video card.
im using a 27" tv as my monitor. when i install windows the picture is fine. it fits the tv's screen correctly and there is color. when i install nvidia's driver the image is centered, about half the screen of the tv, and is in black and white.

i got the color working (simply plugged a monitor in). the image instead of being small and centered, its about an inch to big for my tv's screen ( the task bar is not viewable, and the first row of icons arent either).

i was just wondering how i could get it to fit my tv properly? older drivers seemed to work fine, unfortunately i dont have them so im stuck with 91.31.

am i missing a setting?

Can you post back with your solution? It might help others with the same problem. Thanks
