Problems with games w/geforce 6200-pics

Hi...& thanks for reading

I recently upgraded my PC from a GeForce FX 5200 128mb to a XFX GeForce 6200 512 mb & im having some issues..big ones :'(

Im a gamer, have been for years...and I like to play fast paced games- Ive been playing Need For Speed Most Wanted on my old video card with moderate settings for a long time now...but with my 6200, the game loads, the cinematics play, the introduction etc all play normal & great looking, but when im in game everything is distorted looking, here's a pic (.bmp, sorry)

http://www.thextremefx.com/dloads/images/nfsmw.bmp

& another...of GRAW (Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter...was just testing other games)

http://www.thextremefx.com/dloads/images/graw.bmp

Screenshot of Lineage 2 C4- Works fine...

http://www.thextremefx.com/dloads/images/Shot00000.bmp

Guild Wars- Loads game fine, plays game fine & looks excellent...so I have no idea what is going on :(

http://www.thextremefx.com/dloads/images/gw002.bmp
Other dinky little games like Ricochet Lost Worlds all play fine & dandy...so I dont know if its my drivers, the settings the card is on or what.

Little more info- I looked at the temp on the video card with the games open & with the computer idle, and it stays at 40-50c constantly...so its not heating problems- I have installed all of the latest drivers from nvidia.com but with no results.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
System Specs-

AMD Athlon XP 1.7ghz
1 GIG PC3200 DDR2 RAM
Windows XP Home SP2
DirectX 9.0C
80 GB HD
400W Power Supply
XFX nVidia Geforce 6200 512mb

Again, with these specs I could play all of these games with my older video card, it was just kinda choppy gameplay unless I had the graphics on medium settings..hence the reason I upgraded, but now...I get this sad.gif Any help would be greatly appreciated so I wouldn't have wasted my money! :P

Thanks!

Revert to the older 84.xx drivers as the 91.xx drivers are still a mess.

hmmm

That kinda like the distorted graphics I would get on video cards that wouldnt be compatible with games, but the 6200 should be able to play all those games flawlessly.

I would reinstall Direct X
Reset the video card
also check to see if theirs any heat issues, make sure the fan is running.
