Video problem

I'm not sure if this should be in the 'games' section but since the problem prevents me to play my games, I'm posting it here
Well to save us from lot of describing, this is my problem:

RADEON 9600 card

I should also mention that the PC temperature is 57-60 C as it's hot like hell here...
