I got a PIII 733 mhz, Tyan Motherboard with Via ChipSet 256 RAM, but I've tested the soundcard with oder computer P4 and MSI motherboard with Intel chipset. When I got it it doesn't di it, but month ago when I reinstaled the OS (Win Xp Sp2) the problem began. The volume raise and low it self.

The P4/MSI/Intel combo should be newer (tech wise) than the P3 setup. Which are you actually trying to use the Audigy 2 with? In either case i would try making sure the chipset drivers were updated. You can also try uninstalling the Audigy 2 drivers and clean with driver cleaner, then update chipset drivers, then reinstall Audigy 2 drivers to the most current available. Also check to see if your soundcard is sharing and IRQ with anything else.
