asrock k7s41 on board sound problem

hello,
i bought myself a asrock k7s41 board.
i have windows xp as os.
all installation workes exept, the onboard soundcard
it a c-media ac 97 soundcard.
during installation the system reboot.
after disabling the restart at mistake.
i could see the bluescreen, with the notice to tie portcls.sys file.
so now everytime i try to install the soundcard there is this bluescreen.
i used several driver from the asrock homepage it don't work with any single one.
in bios the soundcard is activated.
i dont know what to do üplease help me.

rockster123 what is the error code on the BSOD? It should be 0x and then eight letters or digits.

my computer not playing no sound, i try playing CD, try Watch TV. no sound Am really not feeling good with this problem giving me a hard time, there is no playback devices in the sound and Audio devices.
in the volume- no (Audio devices) in the Audio tad (no playback devices)

please help me bro tell me it just a little problem.
