X-Fi Xtreme Sound - Installation Problem

I just got an X-Fi Xtreme Music sound card and first i had problems running the application so i search the web and i had to uninstall Quicktime 7.. after that everything went pretty good.. until the Installation program was installing the Device Driver (81%).. when that happend an Error message pop up and it shows a message like:

"Creative Device Driver Installation Program has encountered a problem and needs to close, We are sorry for he inconvinience"

So i click CLOSE and the Installation Program finished installing the programs.. then i reboot the computer and the computer cant find the Driver..

So i went to creative.com .. support ...and then downloaded the X-Fi Driver.. and the same thing happend..

Whats that problem? how can i fix it?

Thanks for all the help.
