tonym

after upgrading my packard bell (platinum)computer from 98se to xp pro i have installed aztech pci 288 q3d ii drivers which have restored sound.
my problem is that the sound can only be obtained from line out 2 on my sound card which means that i cannot get sound through headphone sockets on cd/rom and dvd/rom players because headphone sound is controlled by line out 1.
can anyone help please.
tony

I would try www.driverguide.com this time. Manufacturer drivers are not always intact nor perfect.
