HELP turtle beach usb prob
hey i have the turtle beach usb micro thing, and i installed it and it went ok. i also have the sigmatel c major audio that came with the laptop, and i left it alone. it worked fine for a while, other then minor clipping after the usb install, and then today, it started sqealing loud as hell untill i turned off the speakers... logitech 5.1. its almsot like there is a microphone problem but i dont have a microphone. i uninstalled sigmatel and it seems stable but i dont know. what should i do, can someone please IM me at KMCCHS05 on aim, or shoot me an email at KorryCole@bellsouth.net please.

awww please someone help, i took the old sound card software off and it went away a little, but it still chirps and then starts squealing. any ideasa please someone shoot me an email korrycole@bellsouth.net pleeeeease pleaaase

Try updated drivers from here http://www.turtlebeach.com/site/kb_ftp/520ftp.asp
Go into CMOS and disable the onboard sound. Some laptops have built in mics. Double click the speaker icon and if you have a mic slider, try checking mute.
