Red Faced Pitch is higher than normal...

hi, I'm new around here and a bit of a newbie. My sound has had a higher pitch than normal, not uber high like chipmunks when I play music, but definitely not normal. It's been like this for ages but now I want to fix it! I use the AC 97 sound driver for Intel, I don't know what soundcard it is, how can you find out? Do I just need to update the driver, and how do I do that... Sorry to be a pain

Hi, welcome to TSF

Try updating the AC97 driver from http://drivers.softpedia.com/get/SOU...vers-376.shtml

If that doesn't help, post back and we'll try something else.
