I am having a problem connecting my headphones/microphone to my computer without having electronic feedback. I took my old 'phone's connectors out, which worked, and replaced them with the new connectors but in spite of fiddling around for hours with the settings, I am still getting this terrible feedback. I am an electronic idiot and really don't know a thing about this type of item. Can some kind soul assist me. thx

are you to close to the speakers,i assume it is a h/phone mike combo
